Meet the Team

  • THEODOROS POULAKIS

    HEAD OF SOURCING

    Theodoros is the founder of Harrolds Luxury Department Store, Sneakerboy and Rhodes & Beckett, and has held Australian retail licences for Balenciaga, Furla and Mulberry.

    With decades of experience across luxury retail, buying, sourcing, brand development and commercial growth, his career has been shaped by a deep understanding of product, customer behaviour and commercial opportunity. As Creative Director and Head of Buying, Theodoros has worked with brands including Brioni, Kiton, Valentino, YSL and Tom Ford.

  • FIONA MARVOMIHALIS

    HEAD OF RETAIL

    Fiona brings more than twenty years of experience in luxury retail, buying and product development, including two decades with Harrolds Luxury Department Store as Senior Buyer and Retail Manager.

    Her expertise spans product selection, retail strategy and the commercial realities of the Australian market, grounded in a sharp understanding of customer needs and product relevance. Her experience also includes Luigi Borrelli, Valentino, Pal Zileri, Bagutta, Brioni and managing product development for Australian retail brand Richards & Richards.

  • KATE LILLIAN MUIR

    HEAD OF BRAND STRATEGY & NETWORK

    Kate brings experience across brand development, strategy and international business, with a background that includes roles with The Woolmark Company and Ermenegildo Zegna.

    Her role within 00:AM brings a brand and strategic lens to the business, helping connect the commercial opportunity with the thinking, positioning and relationships required to build it meaningfully.
